O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to forward the petitioner's pension proposal to the 1st and 2nd respondents and consequently directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to disburse the petitioner's pension benefit with 18 percentage interest for the delay based on petitioner's representations dated on 10.06.2025 and 12.06.2025 within the stipulated time given by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2/6
3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner was retired from service on 30.06.2025 as Headmistress, the third respondent failed to forward the pension proposal of the petitioner to the 1st respondent for approval. When the petitioner made a request to the third respondent, the third respondent sought certain audit reports and the petitioner also submitted the same. Further, the petitioner made a detailed representation in this regard on 10.06.2025 to the third respondent. However, since no action was taken on the said representation, the petitioner has now approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 3/6
10.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the third respondent to consider the same on its own merits.
