JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The respondent herein was appointed as P.G.Assistant (Physics) in CMS Higher Secondary School, Srivilliputhur on 06.02.2020. The said school comes under corporate management. Since the appointment was not approved, the respondent herein filed W.P.(MD)No.11227 of 2022. The learned Single Judge vide order dated 02.09.2022 allowed the writ petition as prayed for. Aggrieved by the same, this writ appeal has been filed.

3.During the pendency of the writ appeal, the appointment of the writ petitioner was approved vide proceedings dated 19.07.2025. The learned Special Government Pleader for the appellants fairly states that even when the writ petitioner was appointed, there was no surplus either in the corporate management or in the district. 2/4

4.In this view of the matter, the order of the learned Single Judge is sustained and the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
