ORDER

The learned Additional District Munsif, Valliyoor, has sent a letter requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suits in O.S. Nos.59, 62, 64 of 2023 and 194 of 2008, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.06.2024.

3. The reason stated in the letter dated 05.11.2025 is accepted, and a further period of two months is granted to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. No further extension will be granted.
