Mr.N.Satheeshkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of both the respondents. 2.The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents to consider the application, dated 23.11.2021 and to survey the land of the petitioner herein.

3.The petitioner has been the beneficiary of a settlement deed, dated 02.09.2021, which has also been registered as Document No.4246 of 2021. Subsequently, the petitioner has also obtained patta for the land, which is at S.No.831/2B2, Eriodu Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner has made necessary application and had also paid necessary charges. 4.A direction is given to the respondents to proceed further to survey the lands of the petitioner and if required, issue notice to the adjacent land owners and comply with the request of the petitioner. 5.With the above said observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
