ORDER
By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to compute and disburse the petitioner retirement benefits including arrears of salary, gratuity, leave encashment and all terminal benefits, to consider the outcome of the pending Labour Court proceedings regarding regularization from 1999 for purposes of pension eligibility and to pay the entire sum along with statutory interest within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Driver in the respondent corporation and retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.01.2023. However, he has not been issued with retirement benefits including arrears of salary, gratuity, leave 2/4
encashment and all terminal benefits. Accordingly, he made a representation to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for R1 and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

Considering the limited scope of the matter, without adverting to the merits or the contentions made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
