ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.All that the petitioner seeks disposal of his appeal now pending before the first respondent. The said appeal has been preferred against the order passed by the second respondent. The third respondent is said to be the contestant.

3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the third respondent and other interest persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
