Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has been suspended from service following registration of vigilance case. Unless it can be shown that it is a case of prolonged suspension, it is not possible for this Court to order reinstatement. Hardly, ten months have elapsed, since the petitioner was suspended. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for reinstatement after lapse of some more time. 3.With this liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
