ORDER

Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, by order dated 05.12.2024, had directed the Trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in S.C.No.77 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Thereafter, the learned Sub Ordinate Judge, Nanguneri, has sent a letter dated 14.03.2025, requesting to extend the time by three months to dispose of the case. This Court already extended the time as sought for by order dated 07.04.2025.

3. Now, the learned Sub Ordinate Judge, Nanguneri has sent a letter dated 01.09.2025 through the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, requesting to extend the time by a further period of three months to dispose of the case.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, the learned Sub Ordinate Judge, Nanguneri is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.77 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 28-10-2025 LR To
