O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to reopen the case in SHRC No. 5608/2013 and to afford opportunity to the petitioner to cross-examine the second respondent in the said case and also permit the petitioner to let in oral and documentary evidence.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent - State Human Rights Commission submitted that since the State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu, has passed a final order in the aforesaid case on 20.09.2022 itself, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also produced the final order passed by the first respondent in S.H.R.C.No.5608 of 2013, dated 20.09.2022.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
