RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition 6(b) as imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.17850 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021 to appear before any nearby Police Station within Sivagangai District.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BAALASUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking modification of the condition 6(b) imposed upon the petitioner, in Crl.OP(MD)No.17850 of 2021, dated 22.11.2021.

2.The petitioner was released on anticipatory bail, by this Court, on 22.11.2021 with certain conditions and one of the condition is that the petitioner should stay at Thanjavur and should report before the Inspector of Police, Medical College Police Station, Thanjavur for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have complied with the conditions from 22.11.2021 and the second petitioner is the college going student. It is a case and case in counter. In which, both the petitioners were brutally attacked by the rival parties. For the purpose of showing the nature of injury, he produced the photographs of the petitioners. It is seen that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11101 of 2021 petitioners sustained grievous injuries.

Hence, he seeks modification of the above said condition as 'report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam'.

4.Considering the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition 6(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.17850 of 2021, dated 22.11.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam', daily at 10.30 a.m. In respect of other conditions shall remain unaltered. sd/- 13/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
