ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to appoint the petitioner for the post of Noon Meal Organizer without No Objection Certificate.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has circulated a proceeding of the Corporation Commissioner, Kumbakonam, dated 14.03.2024 which would reveal that the petitioner has already been appointed to the post of Noon Meal Organizer.
