ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking police protection apprehending threat from the third respondent.

2. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and closed on 24.08.2025.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint, he has to recourse to other remedy available in law. This Court cannot issue a Writ as prayed for.
