O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking modification of the conditions that has been imposed upon the petitioner by the learned Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Thoothukudi, in Crl.M.P.No.1367 of 2021, dated 04.12.2021.

2.The Trial Court has granted bail to the petitioners by imposing certain conditions upon them that the petitioners/accused should execute a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- with 2 sureties, who are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, each for the like sum, the solvency certificates, to be endorsed by the competent authorities to be produced and the petitioners/accused should stay at Kovilpatti and report before the Inspector of Police, Kovilpatti West Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m for 30 days. The petitioners are brothers and duo to the poverty of the petitioners they are not in a position to comply the above said conditions. 3.This Court is of the considered view that the petitioners may approach the concerned Court seeking the above said modification and if any trouble arises, they may approach this Court.

4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
