O R D E R

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in respect of the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.3.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has filed a copy of FIR in Crime No.27 of 2023 dated 09.09.2023 for the offences under Sections 498 (A) and 294(b) of I.P.C. r/w Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and submitted that the complaint given by the third respondent is registered as FIR and investigation is in progress.

3. Since the complaint of the third respondent is culminated as FIR, since the respondent Police have been investigating the case, the orders as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
