CRL OP(MD). No.19482 of 2021 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 336, 341, 353 IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today (ie., 09.12.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners have already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.2583 of 2021. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is stands dismissed.
