This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.51 of 2019.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the second respondent has already made ready the final report and he proposes to close the case as "mistake of fact". The second respondent is directed to file the final report immediately before the jurisdictional Magistrate after serving the same on the petitioner herein. If the jurisdictional Magistrate decides to accept the final report, then RCS issue will be issued to the petitioner so that the petitioner can file his protest petition and the same will be dealt with by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
