HUSSAIN.A.M.D., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.12249 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working at Chennai and he is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the avocation of the petitioner, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear and sign before the respondent Police once in fifteen days on Sunday(s) at 10.30AM, until further orders and the other conditions in the said order remains unaltered.
