3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13207 of 2023 on 20.07.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
