ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 10897 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 547 of 2025 on 29.04.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to report before the Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Karur, once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal. The petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. As his avocation is affected, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10897 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD) No.547 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Karur on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal.
