2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

petitioners in paragraph No.18 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Vadipatti Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed on the petitioners shall remain un-altered.
