ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the pretension of petition enquiry in the nature and circumstances of the case.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
