[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] The mother of the major girl Dhanalakshmi has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her daughter gone missing since 10.11.2021 and her complaint registered by the second respondent in CSR.No.834 of 2021 has not yielded any result. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1844 of 2021 secured and their investigation reveals that she is residing in Chennai along with one Vikram after marrying him on 03.12.2021. The girl along with her husband Vikram and the petitioner present today. 3.The daughter of the petitioner Dhanalakshmi states that she left the parental house since her parents did not consent for her marriage with Vikram. After leaving the matrimonial home, she went to Chennai, married Vikram and marriage duly registered in the Sub Registrar Office, Perimet. She furnished the photograph of the marriage registration certificate.

4.Since the daughter of the petitioner is major and not under any illegal custody and appeared before this Court and express her willingness to go along with her husband, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
