2. Though this criminal original petition came to be filed for transfer of investigation, I am of the view that interest of justice would be met, if direction to conclude the investigation is passed. The third respondent is therefore directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.183 of 2021 and file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
