PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue suitable direction to the trial court for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.204 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi to dispose of the case on day to day basis within stipulated time.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No.204 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi to complete the trial in C.C.No. 204 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates without fail. If the petitioner fails to appear before the trial court on the hearing dates,the trial Court shall take action against the petitioner in accordance with law.
