ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's online application dated 11.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 11.07.2023 requesting for provision of old age pension. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner had filed a physical representation instead of online application. Hence, he requests this Court to direct the petitioner to file an online application, so as to, consider the same.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to file an online application before the respondent to provide old age pension to her. In such case, the respondent shall consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
