The petitioner is a practising lawyer. He alleged that a lady Court staff was molested in the Court premises on 13.04.2021 and that no action was taken. It is further stated that the CCTV footage is very much available with the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram.

2.The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to call for report from the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram. 3.Call this case on 16.12.2021.

In this connection, you namely the THE PRINCIPAL DISTRICT JUDGE, RAMANATHAPURAM is hereby required to submit your report as stated supra, to this Registry on or before 15/12/2021 as the matter stands posted on 16/12/2021.
