This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to expedite the enquiry pending in Na.Ka.No.4371/2020, dated 06.11.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the proceedings of the first respondent dated 04.01.2022 was placed before this Court. It is seen from the proceedings that the Legal Heir Ship Certificate issued by the Tahsildar has been cancelled.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
