ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to remove the TASMAC shop and bar, bearing No.7013, Survey No.1097, Muslim Street, Pamban Village, Rameswaram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the TASMAC shop

located in the place in question has been closed and shifted to other "non-objectionable place". He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/0098/2019, dated 25.01.2019, in and by which, orders have been passed to open the TASMAC shop bearing No.7013 in S.No.1068/2C14, Door No.3/149315, Bazaar Street, Pamban, Rameswaram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

3. This Court has heard the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner also.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent / TASMAC, on instructions and recording the proceedings of the third respondent dated 25.01.2019, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly, closed.
