ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the property that was sold by the third respondent was once again sold by the third respondent's son in favour of the fourth respondent. In this regard, the petitioner had given a complaint before the first respondent.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the next hearing date has posted on 05.07.2022. The first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. I have not gone in to the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
