ORDER
The present revision petition has been filed by the appellants in A.S.No.1 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur. The 1/3
appellants had filed I.A.No.14 of 2019 in the appeal stage seeking to amend the plaint. The said application has been dismissed. Challenging the same, this revision petition has been filed.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of the Court that the first appeal itself has been dismissed for default on 15.02.2024. Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this revision petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
