This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the impugned summon in A2/MC.167/2018, dated 14.10.2019, on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner alone.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the summon was issued on 14.10.2019, now two years has been lapsed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
