JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal is filed to call for the records pertaining to the order made in Cr.M.P.No.2983 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Court, PCR, Tirunelveli District, in connection with Crime No.273 of 2024 on the file of respondent police and to modify condition No.2.

2. Seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the order made in Cr.M.P.No.2983 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd Additional District and 2/4

Sessions Court, PCR, Tirunelveli District, this appeal has been filed. The petitioner, without approaching the concerned Court, moved this appeal before this Court. There is no question of appeal before this Court. The petitioner can approach the concerned Court and for modification of the condition imposed by the concerned Court.
