ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.91 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent to Central Bureau of Investigation or any other competent investigating agency to complete the investigation within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15635 of 2019 3.It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.91 of 2019 by the third respondent. The petitioner's son was missing from the year 2016 at Ranchi in Uttarkhand. After enquiry, the case was closed as 'action dropped', for the reason that the petitioner's son was not detective and therefore, the change of investigation does not arise. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 4.However, the third respondent is directed to send RCS notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court.
