of Mr.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 20.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6091 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.2554 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.169 of 2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed upon the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months.
