ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since, 28.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 294(b), 353, 506(ii), 307 of IPC and 25(1)(a), Arms 1959, in Crime No.134 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and another, while travelling in a car on 28.07.2018, the respondent police conducted vehicle checkup. When the vehicle of the petitioner is stopped by the respondent, the petitioner and another accused deter the complainant from discharging his official duty and also trying to attack with weapons. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that all the accused persons were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.07.2018. The petitioner's marriage was already fixed and it is to be held on 17.08.2018 and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner.

4.Considering both side submissions and the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties,

each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District.

(ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police from 23.08.2018 at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;
