ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide water connection to the petitioner's residential building at No.12, 1st Street, Sorna Meena Nagar, Thirumogur Road, Y.Othakkadai, Madurai-625 107, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent has provided water connection to the petitioner's house.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
