Second Appeal Under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code to prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal againtst the judgement and decree dated 28/06/2002 and made in A.S.No.140/2001 on the file of the Prl.Sub Judge, Thanjavur, reversing the judgement and decree dated 26/04/2001 made in O.S.No.306/97 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. S. Thulasiraman, Party-in- Person, this Court made the following order: This application has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the name of the appellant as S. Thulasiraman instead of Minor Santhosh in the second appeal.

2. The petitioner/party-in-person appeared before this Court and stated that subsequent to the filing of the second appeal, he has changed his name as 'S. Thulasiraman' and he has duly notified the name in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 4th July 2007. Therefore, he seeks permission to amend his name as 'S. Thulasiraman' instead of 'Minor Santhosh'.

3. Considering the above facts, this application is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the second appeal for hearing on 12.10.2023.
