PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Sessions Judge and Special Court for P.C.R., Sivagangai, to accept the surrender of the Petitioners in connection with the Cr.No.314 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the second Respondent Police and to consider and pass orders in the Bail application on the same day.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for P.C.R. cases, Sivagangai, to accept the surrender of the Petitioners in connection with Cr.No.314 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the second Respondent Police and to consider and pass orders in the Bail application on the same day.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Petitioners are arrayed as A2 and A4. The Petitioners has no previous case.

4.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioners are directed to surrender within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading this order in the website of this Court 2/4

before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for P.C.R. cases, Sivagangai. On such surrender and on filing of bail application by the Petitioners herein, the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for P.C.R. cases, Sivagangai, shall consider the bail application and pass appropriate orders as per law.
