When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.407 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
