ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner as against the order passed by the learned District Munsif, Srivaikundam, in I.A.No.231 of 2018 in I.A.No.196 of 2016 in O.S.No.60 of 2015, dated 10.07.2018. 2.When the revision petition is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself has been disposed of and nothing survives in this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement so made, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
