ORDER

Although there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, it is noticed that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 25.06.2018, calling upon the respondents to include her name in Patta Nos.305, 1756, 301, 311 and 1441.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the Writ Petition is devoid of merits, as no records has been produced by the petitioner to substantiate that she is entitled to the above said Patta.

3. Be that as it may, I am inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition without expressing any opinion on merits, by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.06.2018, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
