ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by way of order dated 08.04.2025, passed in Crl.MP.No.1619 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil.
2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, in Crl.M.P.No.1154 of 2025, dated 17.03.2025, with condition that the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further order. Thereafter, the said condition was modified in Crl.M.P.No.1400 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 07.00 pm until further orders. Subsequently, the said condition was modified in Crl.M.P.No.1619 of 2025, dated 08.04.2025 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 07.00 pm until further orders.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation has been completed, charge sheet has been filed and the case was also taken on file in C.C.No.731 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate 2/4
No.II, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari, charges were also framed and the case is pending for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.3 and stands posted to 24.09.2025 hence, seeks relaxation of the said condition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised objections that the petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the entire investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.731 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is regularly appeared before the said Court and he has also received the copies and charges were also framed and the case adjourned to 29.04.2025 for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.3, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear on all 3/4
