O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in pursuant to FIR in Crime No.212 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same so for as the petitioner is concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.212 of 2022 has been completed and the final report was filed before the PCR Court, Trichy and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.44 of 2023.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
