ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order of the first respondent dated 19.09.2019 and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant and monetary benefits with continuity of service. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was dismissed from service, in view of the conviction order passed in C.A.No.22 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai. Against which, the petitioner has preferred Crl.R.C.(MD)No.443 of 2019 before this Court. Now, this Court, by the order dated 18.10.2019, has set aside the conviction order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, in C.A.No.22 of 2016.

3.In view of the above, without deciding the issues on merits, this Court directs the petitioner to give a representation to the first respondent, enclosing the order dated 18.10.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.443 of 2019, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.22042 of 2019 period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the same, in the light of the order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.443 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
