ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 17.10.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Virudhuangar District at Srivilliputhur in D.No.12140/2023 dated 19.12.2023 , seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of the Case in RLTA No.1 of 2023 on the file of the District Court Srivilliputhur, this Court made 1/3

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in R.L.T.A.No.1 of 2023.

The learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur sent a letter dated 19.12.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of R.L.T.A.No.1 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.10.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in R.L.T.A.No.1 of 2023, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
