ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to replace the electrical pole and put up the same in other place and to refund a sum of Rs.50,020/- to the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not furnished particulars of the location but has merely filed this writ petition representing to few representations which were purportedly given on 30.12.2022, 07.07.2023, 21.03.2022, 09.05.2022, 03.07.2023, 07.07.2023, 23.08.2024 and 21.04.2025.

3. He further submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation with all necessary photographs and documents, site instructions will be carried out and thereafter the petitioner's concern will be addressed. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation together with necessary photographs and sketch to enable the respondents to inspect the property and to address the concern of the petitioner. The respondents are directed to complete the exercise within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
