Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner is said to have purchased the petition mentioned property vide sale deed dated 05.10.2009. He wants to put up a building thereon. He however is facing interference at the hands of the private respondents. If that be so, the petitioner has to necessarily file an injunction suit before the jurisdictional civil Court.
