ORDER
The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 2/6
Respondents 6, 7 and 8 based on the Petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2022, 03.06.2022 and 04.06.2022 given to the fourth Respondent, 3rd Respondent, 2nd Respondent and to the 1st Respondent respectively.
2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Respondents have not business in interfering with the agricultural lands and direct the Petitioner to execute settlement deed in favour of the sixth Respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the photos enclosed in the typed set of papers there is no mango trees, it is only vacant(dry) lands.
4. In view of the same, the Respondents 4 to 8 are directed not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the Petitioner in the agricultural land belonging to him.
