ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.77 of 2021. 2.By the order dated 04.01.2023, this Court directed the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.77 of 2021, pending on his file, within a period of six months. Thereafter, it was extended. Now, the learned District Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned District Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted. The learned District Judge, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
