ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR registered against him in Crime No.9 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and it is taken on file in CC.No.91 of 2025 on 09.04.2025 and the case is posted on 07.10.2025 for the appearance of the accused. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed and it is also taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
